Question by First time mom, Coming up!: Are there any good potty training videos for kids to watch?
our son is 3 and struggling with potty training. I was just wondering if there was any dvds or anything that he could watch that might would help incourage him going in the toliet more.

My son loved “Elmo’s Potty Time” but I also read him “The Potty Book for Boys” daily! Good luck. It sounds crazy, but may I suggest how we trained our stubborn 3 year old? Hubby’s grandmother recommended letting our kid run around without clothes on for a day..I thought it was so bizarre and I am a little embarrassed revealing this but heck it worked, our son was fully trained in 2 days flat, he’s had maybe 4 accidents since and stayed dry through the night immediately (we did do a liquid cut off time though) He was afraid to go the first time but we promised him, that immediately after he went potty we’d take him to the movie theater like a big boy, he actually still talks about that day! I also used a potty chart that he decorated with markers and glitter, 5 stickers and he got a treat, it motivated him the first week then we didn’t need it anymore. It was so frustrating until we took great-grandma’s advice good luck to you, sorry for all the added info you didn’t ask about!
