Question by MomOf2Pirates: Where do you keep your toddler’s potty seat for toilet training?
We have kept ours on the floor or on the trashcan, but I am getting sick of wiping it off for the kids every time. I don’t want to put a hole in the wall, what can I do?? Thanks!

We have a step stool for our two year old to use as well and when she’s done with her potty seat, we put it on the stool and move the stool aside until she needs it again. It keeps everything together yet out of the way for the adults.

Question by Kameron and Kendricks Mommy: Potty Training Boys, when did you start?
Im going to full on start potty training my son and not just play around with anymore.

He is almost 22 months old. I dont want to hear hes to young or i should wait because hes a boy.

I just wanted to see when other moms started potty training there boys? And for ones that started before 2 how successful were you and how long before your boys were fully potty trained?

Thanks for your answers

I don;t think 22 months is too early to start at all, but it depends on the kid, If you push and he isn’t ready then I doubt you will get very far. My friend started her son at 2 and he wasn’t fully trained til 3 1/2. They used to make him sit on the potty and he began to resent it.

Mines just a baby still but I plan on introducing him to it early but not pushing. I’m going to start by letting him come and pick out his own potty and big boy underwear and take it from there. I’m sure we will try some sort of sticker chart or something, not quite sure yet.
